I know that theme-my-login/templates is full of template files, and that when I create a page called “Register” and put the “[theme-my-login]” shortcode on that page, it should use theme-my-login/templates/register-form.php. I have created register-form.php in my theme directory, so that file should over-ride the one in the plugin directory. However, my site isn’t using either of these templates. I have edited both the file in my theme directory and the file in the plugin directory, and my changes are not appearing on the site.

For what it is worth, I have tried the following things:
    – saved Permalink structure
    – deactivated all other plugins
    – put the parameter register_template=”register-form.php” in the shortcode
    – cleared browser cache

I am having the same problem with the login form. This is a multisite installation.
