Plugin not showing up

    I have an odd problem where a plugin we have uploaded is not showing up in WordPress.

    We’ve added it via FTP and it’s on the server, but still doesn’t show up.

    We also tried adding it directly from within WordPress, still nothing.

    We’ve tried two different plugins so far without any luck.

    Any ideas what could be going wrong?
