   Installed and saved as explained, turns out Plugins are actually Widgets so it took time to find that diffference also can't find Plugins Management Page but was tolf to use the Wigets Add page .. :( So I drag it over to the Sidebar and it shows up there sure enough and now as a Title in a box but hwwre are the Tags etc ... and how do I add, subtrack them?    I would assume the tag cloud is based on the most popular tags associated with your pages/posts - I assume when you create new posts you assign tags to them, right?
