Nothing happens after fields are populated and the submit button is checked. No lead or anything is created. Not sure what happened. This behavior just started recently.

You're sure no lead is being created?

The default leads view does not always show you the most recent leads... silly, but true.

To be sure, click Go! next to "Todays Leads" after submitting the lead form.

Did you install/upgrade any plugins around the time it stopped working?

I just checked again. I'm noticing no lead is getting created because the plugin usually says "success" when its created. I'm not getting anything after hitting submit.

I don't recall any plugins being installed recently, especially around the time this stopped working.

I thought about uninstalling the plugin and re-installing it but I'm afraid I'll lose all the forms I created in the plugin.

Any ideas on why it doesn't work? any plugins you know that conflict with it?

If you’re not seeing a success message, something is going wrong before the data gets submitted (or SF is not responding as expected).

Can you follow the steps outlined here and email me the error log (submit the form at least once)?*

BBPress and JetPack have been reported to have issues in the past.

ok good, I don't have any of those installed.

I tried to add that code and submit another form again and no logs are being created in wp-content. is it just in the root of the folder or in the theme I'm using?

debug.log should appear in the base wp-content directory (not the active theme). If no log file is appearing, no errors are being generated. Which is odd... as clearly it's not connecting to Salesforce so it should be logging that fact.

Can you tell me more about where your site is hosted?

Can I see one of the forms having issues?
