   NoSpamNX 5.0.2

   When installing NoSpamNX into a multi-site WP setup and, from the Network Admin, enabling it for the entire Network, all comments are blocked or marked as spam (depending on your settings).

   Upon closer inspection, the last two hidden text fields that should have a large hex value in the name attribute have empty name attributes, instead. I tried deleting and reinstalling the plugin with the same outcome.

   On the other hand, if I activate the plugin from the Plugins section of each site individually, then everything works normally and those text fields have the expected large hex values in their name attributes.

   Looks like the multi-site feature has different option-values when activating as global or per site. But NoSpamNX has never been tested with multi-site enabled-
