   The update comes back in few seconds. Then it says you haven -3 updates. And i can not delete them for good...

   Are you talking about the WordPress update nag? This plugin only deals specifically with WordPress alerting you to a release newer than the version of WordPress your site is currently running.

   So the message you would be currently seeing in your admin would say either "WordPress 3.2.1 is available! Please update now!" or "WordPress 3.2.1 is available! Please notify the site administrator."

   The plugin does not deal with any other sort of update notifications.
