   Glenn,

   This plugin has the plugin folder nested too deeply in the .zip file, thus installing itself in no-sub-category-posts-in-loop/ft-no-subcats-in-loop. And as such, when using the Plugins Installer, WordPress will install the plugin but it is not available in the list of Installed plugins.

   This has been corrected. SVN has been updated and you should be good to go as soon as version 0.3 gets replicated to the /extend/plugins/
