   Once a form is submitted how do I have all of them submitted to my e-mail instead of logging into WP to view them?

   Under the form settings you can set as many recipients as you like.

   One last thing. I have the SUCCESS message that shows on the site after completion but, ow do I set my settings so that the person filling out the form gets a SUCCESSFUL completion e-mail sent to them?

   That is also under form settings. Plus under the form fields itself you have to make sure you have a field set up as an email address and check the box that asks if you want a copy sent to the user.

   Will it send them the form they filled out or will it send them a SUCCESS message?

   You can choose either or both. On the form settings page you can customize the message sent to them and at the bottom you can select what field data they submitted you want included in the email.
