   While editing my form in (form field)
   I cannot add custom fields to the form field
   All I can come up with is a blank form.

   I have added and deleted the form,
   Activated and deactivated each time,

   Any Help is much appreciated.

   It is most likely a JQuery conflict. First I would read this: http://wpninjas.net/2012/01/ninja-forms-submission-save-edit-errors/

   If you still have the same issue after doing the things it describes then report back here.
