[Plugin: Nggallery] randomly adding a page on its own

I’ve been working on a very big picture project for a while now. Every now and then I’ll notice a page gets added to my site with the name of my latest gallery (I’m not adding this page, its randomly done on its own). I delete it and it goes away no problem. Just wanted to know if this is simply a glitch with the plugin or something I’m doing? Has it happened to anyone else? Any ideas or advice is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
