• Hi All,

Am currently using the latest version of wordpress 3.4.1 and nggallery 1.9 and it seems like even after numerous editing in css file and options page am not getting the solution to the portrait image streaching issue.

I have tried solutions which are a plenty in the forum and most of which say to remove width=100% in the css file and also include a alignment code ( inlines with what is given in http://wordpress.org/support/topic/nextgen-gallery-image-browser-rescaling-and-how-to-remove-it )

In my options page i have set the image to open in image browser
My current activated style in the style option is default ( which corresponds to nggallery.css )
I have not opted for any lightbox/thickbox/shutter effect
My images ( mainly portrait orientation ) are in order of 433×900 px
Am currently using the Responsive theme by THemeID and this gallery page has Full width template activated

When i open vertical images in the gallery it looks streached to almost double its effect.

Should i be resizing the images in gallery management after editing the css or should i re-upload all the images or should do any global cache or anything which is affecting display to work the right way for me – apparently for everyone else the fix seems to be working perfectly fine.

I have tested this against latest version of chrome and firefox and found that even after the css mod the imagebrowser issue is still there.

Appreciate help in this regard as am spending really long time on finding a solution for this.

    Cheers,
    Shiv
