   How is it possible to restrict who has access to the configuration options page. wp-admin/admin.php?page=nextgen-public-uploader.

   I have Role Editor installed but can not see any capabilities for this plugin.

   The plugin settings page requires the capability manage_options, if a user cannot do that (reserved typically for editors and and admin, by default) they cannot access the page.
