   I'm interested in using the plugin with the NextGEN Gallery, but wanted to know if I can add more form fields to the Image Uploader. This could potentially be a dealbreaker so feedback is greatly appreciated.

   I am also wondering this. I have the NextGEN Custom Field Plugin installed also. My hope is to be able to include two extra text fields when the user uploads an image.
