    Hi folks!
Question about the watermark placement in slideshows. The preview in Nextgen’s watermark config page shows the correct location, but the actual slideshow shows the watermark in the upper right. (should be bottom and centered).

I’m out of guesses with this one. Any clues?
    See the example here.

Using Nextgen 1.2.1 with registered version 3.17 of JW Image Rotator.

And on a side note, when I set the watermark on existing images in a gallery, the watermark appears about 1/4th the original size. Any ideas here too?

    Thanks folks!
    Kris

update: with the slideshows and watermarks, I made the watermark image the same width and length as the slideshow, thereby getting around any placement issues with that. Problem solved.

Setting watermarks on images in the gallery still isn’t working right. Anyone have comments on this?

Ya. It doesn’t say it anywhere, but I figured it out.
The watermark must be a png to work with the images.

    I’m using a PNG.

But I had some URL problem defining the correct path to the image (watermark file). Somehow it didn’t react the first time I entered the path. After fiddling around with alternatives I entered the path again and now it works fine.

    Most likely user error… 🙂
