I upgraded to 1.3.1. photographs included in 'albums always cover the page and not to the photographs

posting the gallery 4 times, and as above, will not show images, just the gallery.

Are you using more than one album tag inside a post ?

Posted 2 years ago #I believe so. I have about 6 albums accessible from one page on my site. I'd give you the direct link, but my service is acting up right now. Here's the long description. go to http://www.calvarycrookcounty.com then in the nav menu, hover over "Media", then click on "Pics" from the drop down.
You might have trouble right now, since the server is acting up. -

Ok, sorry for the troubles. I didn't thought that someone need more tham one album per post/page. It's happend due to the subalbum support as written here : http://alexrabe.boelinger.com/2009/06/07/subalbum-nextgen-gallery-v130-released/
As often requested, I extend the album system in the way that you can add a album inside another album. Therefore you can add now on the album page for each album a description text and a preview image. As limitation you are not longer able to add more that one album to a post/page.
I will review my code and will have a look if I can hide the double output, but It's better if you use only one album per page/post.

I noticed another problem. Ie. I've got an album with 3 different galleries in it. If I click a thumbnail it points you to a gallery with a number of thumbnails divided into pages (which is OK). But the page navigation points back to the album's main page so it is impossible to browse galleries' content...
Pages's liks look like this:
http://domain.com/gallery?nggpage=3 but they don't change pages but getting you back to http://domain.com/gallery

I am having this exact problem with my gallery. Clicking on next page takes you back to the main page instead.

Posted 2 years ago #Yep. Same problem here. I have 4 pages of photos, but when attempting to go to next page, it simply plays the slide show again. The url goes from /2009-ccba-fishing?show=gallery to /2009-ccba-fishing?nggpage=2 but all it does is start the slideshow over again. How can I fix this? Help!!!

Posted 2 years ago #Actually, my lack of paging issue involves only one album. I tried creating a new gallery, thinking that it didn't like some code used by the older version on NextGen, but it too doesn't page through. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Posted 2 years ago #My galleries appear to be displaying OK. I don't use albums. The problem I'm having is with image uploads since the upgrade.
I never had issues uploading multiple images prior to upgrade. Since 1.3.0, however, and continuing with 1.3.1, I am only able to upload one image at a time no matter how many I select.

Now, the navigation is working again.But the album shows still two of the same album...

I copied the content of a new rewrite.php and those other 2 files, pastedd, saved and uploaded. Unfortunately - still the same. The navigation within a gallery still works wrong :(
