[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Title Text / Description

Hi Alex.

I would like to tweak the layout a bit so Title Text / Description shows not as a Alt popup, but rather is displayed right below the image.
I believe I should alter singlepic.php a bit, right?

But exactly how?
