   Hey Alex, I e-mailed you about this but you didn't respond.

   So I have successfully implemented a sharpening process into the Thumbnailer script (externally from wordpress).

   See my example here:

   If you use Photoshop, you will be familiar with the Unsharp Filter, noticing how it performs exactly the same.

   I am having problems modifying the nexgen admin files for wordpress.

   I believe the language files are preventing me from creating new fields within the options.

   I’m just looking for a bit of direction with this .. as any changes I make to the settings.php file do not show up in the options properly.

   This would go a lot faster if I had one-on-one communication with you via MSN or something.

   Please advise.

   No worries, thank you for the further direction.

   I have now embedded the image sharpening into the plugin, works like a charm!

   WOuld you be willing to share this code or add this as an option into NextGen?
