   I try to help somebody with their NextGen Gallery Version 0.98.

   After they updraged WordPress to 2.8.5 (as they say) the NextGen Gallery is not working correctly.

   Everything is working in the adminpanel. But on the website itself it shows the thumbnails correctly but when you click on it the Thickbox loading bar is shown but the image will not load so the only thing that is shown is the loading bar.

   I did checked the source code and the link to the image is correct, please anybody help.

   I have a similar problem to yours. In internet explorer when I click on a thumbnail it brings up the loading bar but then just stays there. It won't show the image, only the loading bar. I have tried everything I can find to resolve this with no success. I went to your gallery at the link above and it worked perfectly in my internet explorer. Did you find a fix for it? Please let me know. Thanks.

   yeah I had the same problem.. fixed it by making sure
   <?php wp_footer();?>
   is called in the theme files (before body close tag)
   and also
   <?php wp_enqueue_script("thickbox");?>
   in the header
