   Great plugin indeed! Can you also integrate featured post in the plugin, too?

   You could use "featured gallery content" -plugin from WP-elements. The problem with it however is that you would have to manually add url's to the images you want featured, however since it really isn't everyday there is something new featured that really isn't such a big problem, or..?

   The admin-portion of "featured gallery" is simply a page where you add url's to the images and then a link (where should people go when they click on the "featured-content-link" ?

   Hacking the "featured gallery content" is fairly easy as well. The default images aren't that good for example.. but it's easy to customize that bit as well.

   However it uses Mootools and not jQuery so if you use jQuery for other things you won't be able to use it i think.
