   Thanks in advance! =)

   When I select add image or album from the short code generator, it just shows me a loading pinwheel which just stays in lingo, and doesnt show the gallery list or album list. any suggestions =/ THANKS!!!!

   Got kinda the same problem here. First everything worked fine but now it doesn't anymore.

   If i want to select a preview image for an album, the loading wheel turns and then stops without showing any result. Galleries and pictures are there, but I can't choose them.

   Same happens when I want to insert an image via the "Add NextGen Gallery"-Button above the Post/Page-Editor.

   Does anyone know how to help with this? Please?

   Alex, ich weiß, du hast sicher viel zu tun, aber wäre echt super, wenn du mir dabei helfen könntest... Die Galerie ist sozusagen der Kern meiner Website... Vielen Dank im Voraus!

   Forgot to mention: I deinstalled and installed Nextgen Gallery again, but the problem is still there.

   Anyone got any idea how to solve this?

   same problem here. worked prior to latest update, (but I also re uploaded all of my images smaller, which I thought was the problem, but when I went to assign an album cover image, it shows this.

   The "pinwheel" just spins endlessly, never drops a menu...can't seem to find a way around it to assign cover images to this page

   Hoping @Alex.Rabe or another expert is paying attention to this one, need it to work soon or I have to go to a different plugin

   To all who have the same or similar problem, maybe this will help you solving it:

   Clear your Browsercache and delete your website's cookies. This solved the problem for me...

   hey there. well, i have the same problem. i deleted the websites cookies but it didnt helped. anyone an other idea???

   also tried deleting browser cache (and other browsers)to no avail. also tried using the Clear browser cache function in nexgengallery menu
   Still nothing. It doesn't seem to be an image issue, since the "assign album cover image" function (image list?) doesn't seem to be working. (If I understand caching at all...)

   For me it turned out to be a plugin conflict, in my case WP HTTP Compression. Someone mentioned issues with Gzip compression...not sufficiently knowledgeable to say what/why, but removing this plugin solved it!!

   What you should check first, call this link in your browser :

   http://your.domain/index.php?method=autocomplete&type=album&format=json&callback=json

   if this doesn't return something like :

   [{"id":"1","label":"1 - testalbum","value":"testalbum"}]

   it often caused by a conflict with a plugin. Hope this helps a bit
