Resize Gallery Title (6 posts)

    I'm using NextGEN Gallery.

    I need to resize the Gallery Title so they won't mix together as shown in this picture.

    I've been trying to find the right line in nggallery.css but whatever I seem to change, won't do the trick.

    I would also like to know how to increase the space between the galleries thumbnails?

    Thanks in advance!

    It's ticky to tell from a screen cap rather than a site link. The font size and width below are from my site yours may be different. I assume your using the [album id=nn template=compact] shortcode.

    To make the title font smaller/larger it may be .ngg-album-compact h4 { font-size: 15px;} you need to change.

    To increase the spacing try increasing the with in .ngg-album-compact { width: 120px; }

    Thanks for your answer mikeg9999. I haven't launched the site online yet so I can't give a link.

    I'm using the shortcode: [album id=nn template=compact]

    In the ngggallery.css:

    Changing the .ngg-album-compact { width: 120px; } works.

    But it seems like .ngg-album-compact h4 { font-size: 15px;} doesn't change anything.

    It seems like the current font size is 18px but I can't find anything with that font size in the css file.

    Try changing this one

    .ngg-gallery-thumbnail span {
        display: block;
        font-size: 100%;
        padding-left: 5px;

    The font can be a percent or pixels.

    I don't understand why this isn't working.

    I think my theme's h4 is overwriting the h4 the ngg uses.

    The font size change worked when testing using firebug but I just tried it live and it didn't work for me either. I guess its either the wrong class, wrong css file or it is being overidden.
