  • Don’t see any problem… something changed ?

Don’t forget to upload the ‘wp-eStore.php’ template file after you have upgraded the NextGen Gallery Plugin (WordPress deletes the full plugin folder when upgrading so the ‘wp-eStore.php’ file get deleted in the process).

or put it into your theme folder…

Thanks everyone, I did have to reinstall wp-eStore.php.

Ok, I’m having the same problem and I did as suggested and uploaded the whole wp-store file to the plug in folder and I also put the .php file in the theme folder, but I’m still getting the error message.

Do you have another suggestion? All of my galleries are down.

Looks like you got it fixed! How did you solve it?

I have no idea…I kept trying to the php file back and finally it worked. They need a better way to upgrade – it is a bitch to do this every time..at least for people like me who are limping through the web stuff.

I upgraded and now have to figure it out all over again.

Ok – I can’t get my gallery working and I have a bunch of artists cyber yelling at me. Please tell me, a newbie a** about this stuff, how to fix the “Rendering of template gallery-wp-eStore.php failed”

I’ve tried uploading the gallery-wp-eStore.php file to everything I can think of – I even reinstalled NextGen and it still will not work. I put the .php file in my theme folder, in my NextGen folder, and in my estore foler…nothing. Where does it belong? What file is the correct file to place it in to make this work?

    I’m sorry!

    Kim,
I just had the same issue, try this. ^_^
The file you downloaded from the company “gallery-wp-eStore.zip file” has the php file in it (gallery-wp-eStore.php)
I had the issue and noticed you may be experiencing the same problem as myself, the file you downloaded is labeled “gallery-wp-eStore” but the php extraction points to “gallery-wp_eStore.php”.
Notice the difference? The second file name has a _ instead of a -.
Basically, make sure whatever the error is pointing to – or _ that the file name in the view directory of nggallery is – or _ (whatever specified in the error).
    I hope this helps!
    ^_^ have a splendid evening.

I noticed, that I had mistake in letter “S”. I wrote “estore” but should have written “eStore”.

    Hi,

    i’m having the same problem….but i can’t find the file “wp-eStore.php” anywhere – how do i get a hold/download this file? sorry i’m a n00bie….

    i’m using nextgen 1.5.3
    and
WP Simple Paypal Shopping cart v2.6

    thanks,
    Judy

To download the “gallery-wp-eStore.php” file go to http://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/wp-content/uploads/tutorials/wp_estore_ngg_integration/gallery-wp-eStore.zip

I looked all through my previous downloads and remembered, after an hours of searching that it was a separate plug-in download as recommend by: http://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/wordpress-estore-and-nextgen-gallery-integration-create-photo-shop-1200
