[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Problem with "Set Featured Image"

    Great stuff, but there is a fault.

    In a post you can click “Set featured image” and select an image from the “NextGEN Gallery”.

    The selected image appears to be remembered by WordPress, but it doesn’t link directly to an image file; instead to a slow AJAX handler. I may be wrong, but it looks like the image is being generated dynamically.

    Anyway, the problem, the featured image is not shown on my pages. Instead I get the missing image cross. Non-NGG images show up fine though.

    Please would you help me solve this problem?
