   Hello!

   I'm testing the post_thumbnails feature thats now worked in the nextgen gallery 1.5 beta.

   Following issue:

   When adding a thumbnail via "edit thumbnail" within the "edit post"-page I can add a an image out of nextgen gallery to use with the "post_thumbnail" function. But once I add another one to replace the image that was used at the first attempt it will not show after I save the changes on the "edit-post"-page. It seems I can use the "edit thumbnail"-function only once with the nextgen gallery. It doesn't work a second time though I can still add an image out of the standard builtin media folder.

   Any ideas how to solve this?
   (I tried clearing the cache, rebuilding permalinks and uploading a new image via nextgen gallery - neither worked)

   Maybe it's not correctly replaced in the database?
