In flash widget, some pictures are streched(portrait), some are compressed, while some pictures keep their ratio. why? And how to keep its ratio? I set it 190*190 in widget set. And all my thumbnails are square and not streched.
Beside, in widget, when click the picture, it shows another picture, while in slideshow in pages, when click the picture, it stops. It seems the two imagerotators can not be controled by the "slideshow" set in "Options" function in the admin area.

I am having the same problem.
Here is an example:
This image, http://dawnnelson.org/wp-content/gallery/2007/Nightmere.jpg, displays correctly when I access it through the gallery (http://dawnnelson.org/galleries/2007-art-gallery/).
However, when it appears in the sidebar widget, it appears to be stretched.
This same problem does not happen with all images. More vertical images show "black space" on the left and right.
Does anyone know if there is a setting that leads to the problem?
Thanks,
Josh

I found that in widget slide show, if you set the 4:3 ratio of the flash player in widget control, say 200*150, it shows the correct image, but if you use square flash player, say 200*200, then its shows stretched images.
strange, ah?
anyway, thx to bee!
