[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Make Next/Previous Arrows Not Conditional

    Hi All!

    I’m using NextGen w/ the Shutter effect and I simply want the next and previous buttons (I made custom ones) to always display, instead of being conditional based on whether there is previous or next content.

    I’m assuming this is done in the shutter-reloaded.js file, but I can’t seem to figure out how to get it working.
