what is the shortcode you call the gallery with? And have you called the gallery mainpage in admin after upgrade, there will be a possible database upgrade executed.

The shortcode that is calling the gallery in its page is: [nggallery id=11]
When you ask if we’ve called the gallery mainpage do you mean:
1. rename the gallery to ‘mainpage’ and then create it
2. create a new gallery with the same content but with ‘Main Page (no parent)’ as the create new page option?

shortcode is ok.
And no i simply meant visiting admin->gallery i depends upon from which version you upgrade if it was a little bit older there is some db upgrade/change performed on visiting that page.

Hi Bee,
Well we upgraded the plugin from version 1.1.0 to 1.2.1. so I don’t think that the db upgrades were necessary since they are not listed in the change log.
We’ve since decided to downgrade back to our previous version (1.1.0) and everything works like a charm. I think we will attempt the upgrade again, but in the meantime we know that we have a solution, albeit not the one we want 🙂
