   I have this wierd problem, no mather what I do it wont creat new thumbs. Tried adding to an existing album no go, tried to add to a new album (yes all is with full permission 777) and no go.. always get the error:

   xxx.jpg (Error : Exceed Memory limit. Require : 16.06 MByte)

   Never had this trouble before, started with the newest update I downloaded yesterday. 1.1.0

   do you use shared hosting?

   looks like your installation needs more memory than your host allows.

   Dont know what u mean by shared hosting but my host is one.com.

   And I could create thumbs before the update, maybe I should try to downgrade the install and see if it works again. And I will check with my host about the memory.

   i used to use one.com and i changed because my site ran out of memory.

   Maybe with the upgrade, your site started using more memory

   I talked to one.com and they gave me 24mb of memory so the problem is temporarily solved I guess. They told me the scaling of images is the problem, so is there anyway I can scale the images without using up my memory since my gallery will grow?
