[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] HTML entities in related gallery titles

    Hi!

    A bug: picture descriptions and titles may contain quotes, which are not escaped in related galleries (nggfunctions.php@816:817).

    Another bug: in all galleries the thumbnail image title attribute is clearly redundant, as it overrides the tooltip for the link title, which happens to contain a more useful picture description.
