When setting up or managing a Gallery there are 2 options that are not very clear to me and I have not been able to find any information on how they are used.
1: How is the "Page Link To:" field used in an application?
2: How is the "Create New Page:" field used in an application since you are working in a page when you are presented the field?
Thanks for any help you can provide as these are just not intuitive to me.

1.) there are two options how the album page can work :
a) If you show a album with a couple of galleries and click on a gallery, then the gallery will be opened at the same page/post
b) If you show a album with a couple of galleries and click on a gallery, then the "Page Link To:" will link to seperate page, where you can as well show the gallery or imagebrowser or slideshow.
You can switch between the two options in the gallery->option->"Deactivate gallery page link"
2.) This option will create a new page with the shortcode [nggallery id=x]. That'S all
