   Namely:

   1) Have the name of each councillors in black text, with grey text on the second line. (just now I had to use the description field for both the title and description because titles won't display)

   2) Have the text slightly larger

   3) Have the gallery thumbnails evenly spaced like grid (not all over the place like they are now)

   4) Make thumbnails larger so they fit nicely across the width of page
