[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Gallery Page Broke

I’ve verified on two websites that with NextGen enabled the gallery page for NextGen is broke. The movable “widget” like sections are stretched out on the screen and will not move. Also some of the widgets are over other ones which makes it impossible to read.

This is happening on both my sites. I disabled all the admin plugins I was running and the problem still continues.

This problem started with the new 1.3.0 version of NextGen and did not exist in previous versions.
