[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Gallery doesn't contain photos I can't create albums

    I don’t really understand what I’m doing wrong. I’ve got the latest version of NextGEN gallery installed, I create a new gallery and upload approx 60 photos to it (no error messages are given) but when look at the details for the gallery there are no photos listed there. If I look at the server, the photos have been uploaded to a folder with almost the same name as the gallery name (this name contains a ‘ä’ but not the directory on disk).

    Also when I try to creata an album nothing happens, when I click the add button it looks like something is happening but when the page has been reloaded I still have the new album listed in the popup.

    Does anyone have any suggestions about what I’m doing wrong?

    I’m getting slightly desperate over this. Does anyone know how I can try to track down the error? I don’t even know how to debug this (I have no access to server logs etc)

    I tried once again and created a gallery and uploaded three images. NextGen Gallery reports that there are no images in the gallery (no error messages). When I check the server there is folder with the same name as the album and three images are in that folder, there is also ‘thumbs’ folder which is empty.

    Please, does anyone have a suggestion for how to track down this problem.
