So, I'm trying to setup a album/gallery relationship similar to this one:
http://www.exitmusik.com/2008/wp/photos/
However, when using the album code, I get this:
http://southaustinspeedshop.com/gallery/
As you can see, the album doesn't link to the gallery. It just links to itself. What am I doing wrong?

That's probably because you haven't told it where to link to.
You'd want to use the "Create page" option in the gallery manager, to create a page for your site to display the actual images from the gallery on.
