   I have been using NextGEN Gallery for years now and it is a brilliant plugin. Recently I have see a strange issue that I can not explain. A slideshow that was previously working fine now only works on computers running Mac OS X. Windows machines get the spinning wheel and then a play triangle symbol and the pictures never show.

   My testing environments:

   • Windows XP: FireFox 8, Google Chrome, and IE 8 (is NOT working)
   • Windows 7: FireFox 8, Google Chrome, and IE 9 (is NOT working)
   • Mac OS X Lion: FireFox 8, Google Chrome, and Safari (IS working)

   All have the latest Adobe Flash Player Plugin as of today.

   Any suggestions on how to resolve would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

   I solved this by installing WordPress and all plugins fresh and creating a new database where I imported all tables. Now I have a consistent playback on both Windows and OS X. Still have no idea what caused the issue.
