I've looked for a solution in the forums, hope someone can help or link to a solution...
I'd simply like a whitelist (or blacklist) for removing repetitive/redundent tags from the tag cloud.
This is way beyond my skill level, help would be seriously appreciated.

I should also mention:
I'll be integrating a search feature eventually, so the preference is to hide the tags from the cloud only, not have them ommitted from searches or the 'related images in posts' feature.

Anyone?
Any thoughts whatsoever....
That's very very special, don't know how to get this in a simple way running, without blow up the query for the tag cloud itslef...

I thought it may be tricky, someone had set a whitelist on an older build of my site. This was via filtering out of flickr tags (since I was using flickr api to serve photos), thought there -might- be a similar solution for Nextgen that doesn't mess zith core files too heavily.
Thanks nonetheless Alex, keep up the great work on the plugin!
