[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Feature request: resize on upload

I love Next Gen Gallery but I think it is really lacking the ability to resize on upload. I like the option to resize on the server, and personally I find this the best option, but in other implementations for other people I think they would find it easier if they could resize on upload rather than have to do it after.
