Hey Alex rabe and the rest of the people!

I really enjoy the NextGen Gallery plugin, i've been using it for a long time now. I've been using many effects for the pictures (lightbox, highslide which i had some problems with, thickbox, and i'm now using the lightview effect). Recently i found a very nice effect, the FancyZoom thing. They already made a plugin for it, can it be (without much coding) added to the NextGen gallery effects???

This are the links of the FancyZoom effect:

Would be great if i can add this to the best gallery in wordpress time!!

Well, you can, simply deactivate the JavaScript thumbnail effects under "Options" -> "Effects" (set to "none"). The "FancyZoom" effect then takes over.

Not a true integration but it works just fine! There are disadvantages (no prev - next button) though. It should actually be not too difficult to integrate in the plugin itself such as the other effects.

I'm not sure what is screwed up (don't know what it's supposed to look like and where). The more information of what's going wrong, the more likely someone will be able to help. ;-)

However, I noticed though that your pictures have spaces in their names (they show as "%" in the address bar), which often messes up things. I had the impression the underlying JavaScript is a bit flaky and this may be one explanation.

I'd rename the pictures with proper titles and underscores, i.e. changing:
    Raften maandag 31 juli 08-site
    which shows as
    Raften%20maandag%2031%20juli%2008-site.jpg in the address bar
    to:
    Raften_maandag_2031_20juli_2008_site.jpg
