[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Expanded single images hides navigation bar

In Chrome 4.1.249, FF 3.6.3, and IE 8, the expanded single images hides the navigation bar under the page view. Most people will not know to scroll down. and clicking the picture closes the images instead of advancing to the next image. This causes a lot of unnecessary clicking for each image if they don’t know to look for the nav bar.
