    hello,

I would like to know if any of you knows how I could display the title of the image while using the [ngg gallery id=x]. The description of each image allready appears under each image the "slideshow" (after having the thumbnails list and having clicking on one of them), but I would like to include as well the title of the image, under or above the image. I have been trying to play with gallery.php, but no big succes!!

    Any idea??

    Thank for your help,

    Hi,

You need to use [ngg gallery id=x template=caption] and play with the gallery-caption.php file.

Was there a final resolution to this?

I too, cant get display the title and description under each thumbnail.

And I've tried the template=caption switch.

If I have to mess with the php file - what exactly do I need to do?

They make it seem like you shouldnt have to do anyrhing other than use the template switch.

Here is a solution I found for the same question I had. I wanted to have both the TITLE and the DESCRIPTION under an enlarged image in my gallery.

    Good luck!
