   I'm using 0.92 Version of this plugin.

   This below is using up 90% of my CPU usage / Memory. What is it? It's making the site lag horribly.

   /wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery/nggshow.php?pid=380&width=240&height=175&mode= HTTP/1.1

   I also want to try upgrading, but What do I do to upgrade? Last time I let wordpress auto upgrade, my galleries just stopped working, Please any info? It's urgent :[. I'm getting

   For upload , delete the folder and upload the new version via FTP

   To reduce the CPU load , enable the cache in the gallery options
