    Hello,

    I’m really grateful for the fact that I can post a question here and have experienced people suggest solutions. Thank you for that.

    I’ve been using nextgen for some time. My site is oldmankit.com. When I click on a singlepic, the loading sign starts spinning. It spins and spins and the image never comes up in highslide. I’ve tried multiple browsers and operating systems.

    Could anyone suggest what I should do to try and fix this?

    Update: as I was typing that message, I realised the problem might be highslide. And it was. Switching to thickbox fixed it.

    It would be nice if highslide worked though, as I spent quite some time customising the css to work for my site.

    I have updated highslide to the latest version and the problem remains :-/
