   Please click on the above screenshot to see what I am actually talking about.

   I have an image with description correctly shown on shutter reloaded.

   If there a way I can display the description field next to "Image 1 of 52" field on the bottom?

   This is more or less a question for shutter reloaded, you must dig into the javascript code... firebug is your friend for a quick solution :-)
