[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Change gallery thumbnails hover effect and centering

    I’d like to change the effect of the hover over the thumbnails. Right now upon hover it changes the border from back to gray. It’d like to remove the border all together, is there some other effects to give it? Perhaps a transparency?

    Also, can we center the thumbnails?
