   Hi, every time I upload a picture or image in a gallery the thumbnail's background is black!
   Then when I put in a post, the background is always black even if the real background is white!

   Saw the other topics concerning the black background, I saved the png file in 24 bits, but once uploaded, thumbnails appear with 8 bits !
   Is it normal, do you have some issue?

   Dear Alex, thank you very much.

   Now background is not anymore black, but white which in my opinion is better.
   Anyway, do you think in the next release thumb will have a transparent background ?

   pinotar, i'm sorry to hijack your thread but i have to ask a question.

   alex do you just reply to certain threads and ignore the others? i've made a few threads in the recent past requesting support for various bugs which still exist even when i install the latest version of your plugin and yet i don't even get an acknowledgement. is there some kind of problem here? i'm genuinely looking for help and being ignored is a bit of a kick in the balls. i look forward to your reply.

   Dear All,
   I was lucky that Alex responded quickly. I do not think he ignores you, only you must give him time to respond to everyone, there are many questions.
   Thank you Alex, thumbs works well now, it's just the image that remains with a white background. Maybe in the next update this will be resolved.
