[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] autoscan folder for new images?

    I want to use NextGEN Gallery to display images uploaded from a webcam, not through the NextGen interface. I need newly uploaded images to display automatically without having to rescan the folder. Is this possible? Or is there a better plugin to use for this?

    I am wanting to do something similar, where student uploads are shown in a NextGen Gallery. I need NextGen to automatically scan for uploads, maybe via a timed Cron call or something.

    Here same will…
    It could be nice option to automatically scan for uploads…

    I add photos from my mobile via FTP straight to album folder usin Shozu.
