after updating to wp 3.2 my albums are not working anymore. a friend did try it and on his install it did work. but i have 5700 photos and i dont want to import them again! can somebody help me with this?

Posted 10 months ago #I am having a similar problem where i cannot save photo captions past the first page. However, all other updates/changes apply to all pages

Did you de-activate and re-activate, or did you uninstall and re-install?

Posted 10 months ago #i did mean, if you look on the left of your screen you see the tabs. Go to gallery and then select the option reset/uninstall. choose the reset option. only your gallery setting will be reset but you dont have to import all the pictures again. this worked for me, cant promise more for other persons ;)

Posted 10 months ago #i am not an expert, i have to do it all by trial an error. but i find allso out that my hosting provider was throtteling my account. the rendering of pictures take cpu capacity if your hosting provider does not like that you take to much cpu capacity of the server he will thorttle you (reducing you CPU recources) then the scrip will do strange things! you tumbnail will not create and you get error messages during impoprting. i moved to an other server and now it is great and fast. if u use bluehost, you have a problem. i walked away from them becouse of this cind of problems.
