   Hi:

   I'm trying to link a gallery just by using a hyperlink, I don't want an actual picture to serve as link but rather something like "if you want to see pics, click here". Is there a way to do this?
   Right now I'm using a proprietary gallery system that comes with my theme but I would like to have ng gallery as an extra addition to display high resolution photos, that way I can have 2 sets of pics on a single post without having both of them loading at the same time.

   Have you tried selecting and copying the URL in the address bar of your browser and using that in the link?
