[Plugin: NextGEN Custom Fields] New Galleries are not showing Check Box for Custom Fields

    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. Click ‘Manage Gallery’
    2. Click ‘Add New Gallery’

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    – Ability to check-off Custom Fields to enable, like it does on “Add Gallery / Images > Add new gallery”
    – The check-boxes do NOT show up when adding a gallery from “Manage Gallery”.

    What version of the product are you using?
    – NextGEN Custom Fields, Version 1.0.2
    – NextGEN Gallery, Version 1.6.2

    Please provide any additional information below.
    – If it cannot check here like the other method, at least default make it always checked
