[Plugin: Newsletter Sign-Up] internationalize name, email?

Yo,
To make the title of the widget gettext ready I wrapped the title in __() in widget.php, which worked fine (I use WPML).
However I can’t manage to apply this to the Name and E-mail tags, confused as where exactly to apply it. Frontend or backend and where there?
Otherwise this plugin is just what I was looking for..nice and simple!
Any pointers will help, thanks
